All children need to be physically active for 60 minutes a day.  Please go to these sites to encourage your children to participate daily.

GoNoodle Brain Breaks gets kids up and moving to fun, engaging content and games. Every dance party, yoga session, mindfulness activity, and game session is an opportunity for kids to wake up their bodies, engage their minds, and be their best.

MyPlate Kids' Place resources include games, activity sheets, kid-friendly recipes, and physical activity tips. Kids can also pledge to become MyPlate Champions.

Yoga for your children and you as well.


Other ideas are going for a walk, dancing, playing soccer, walking your dog, riding your bike, jumping rope, hula hooping, playing catch and helping in the yard!
